I've tried the other Legendairy Milk products but this one is the best for me. My milk became more fatty and thick since I took Milkapalooza. There was a month when I didn't take them just so I can experiment and true enough, the milk I collected had little to no fat plugs on top. On Sunflower Lecithin: I just gave birth to my 3rd baby and in the second day, my two breasts had plugged ducts that I could not drain even with constant massage and hot compress.
